The Festival begins at 11:00 AM. Please adjust your arrival time so that you have time to get all set-up completed and be ready to serve at 11:00.
There will be loading and unloading zones marked. There are to be used for just that. After you have removed things from your vehicle please move the vehicle out of the way so that others may unload. Please do not take all the close parking spaces, leave some for our customers They will be more inclined to stop and participate if they can find a place to park.
There are to be ABSOLUTELY NO VEHICLES DRIVEN ON THE PARK GRASS!!!! We get chastised for this every year. It is not allowed, DO NOT DO IT!!
Tents, tables and chairs are to be provided by each booth. If you cannot do this, there will be a limited number available at the parish office on Friday, September 15th. These will be checked out to you that day and will need to be returned on Tuesday, September 19th. No one will be transporting these things to the park on Sunday morning!!! You will be responsible for any of these items that you take to the park.
Everyone is responsible for keeping the park clean and neat. We will also be distributing large trash bags to each booth. There will also be a cleanup team. If you are asked to help with clean, please be gracious and say yes. Make sure that your booth and the area around you stay neat and free from trash.
Each booth is responsible for providing drinks for their booth.
If you are seeking donation of items for your booth, we try to keep a letter available in the office explaining what the items will be used for. ONLY one person from each team should be in charge of this!!!
Please remember Booths will have their assigned spot. You should not attempt to move to a location other than the one assigned to you. If you would like another Team close to you please note that on the registration form and the planning group will try to accommodate you.
If you would like to close the booth at 5:00 PM, that is fine. One booth will be open to serve food and drinks. This way booth workers can sit and peacefully enjoy the festival if they would like. We kindly ask that if you have leftover drinks or ice turn them in to this one booth. They will continue to sell for the remainder of the evening. If you would like to relax and listen to the music and have a bite to eat until the festival is over please do so. Please have your booth and all trash picked up by 8:00 pm.
Perhaps the most important thing to remember is that we are representing our church. Please be kind, gracious, helpful, appreciative, etc.
